Throughout the two different routes, you will be able to discover the footprint left by history in this unique corner over the course of 1,000 years, from the High Middle Ages up to Modernity. These visits have been designed based on multi-sensory staging, which provokes an experience-based effect.
Guided Visit to the Alícia Foundation
The visit to the Alícia Foundation allows you to discover this culinary technological research centre, and to get to know the work that professionals working there carry out on a daily basis. Upon ending the tour, we will put our senses to the test in a workshop.
