Gastronomic Workshops

Món St Benet make available to everyone the cooking workshops. It is an activity adressed to all publics and taught by an experienced cook which refers to the traditional Catalan cuisine.

Guided by the cook, we will prepare different dishes, some of them that has been lost but that will have a new reinterpretation in a current and respectable way, without losing the main essence of our cooking.

We will create an enjoying world in which everyone will participate in the evolution of the Catalan cuisine. At the same time, we will make a tribute to the Catalan well-known chef Ignasi Domènech, who cooked in this region and created most of the typical Catalan dishes.
